Asparagus-Potato Hash with Goat Cheese and Eggs
Crispy potatoes sautéed with tender asparagus and topped with perfectly cooked eggs. A hearty, wholesome hash that’s simple, satisfying, and perfect any time of day.

[Grilled Pork Tenderloin]
Heat the grill to 450-500°F and set up two heat zones — direct and indirect (push coals to one side, or turn off a third of the burners on a gas grill).
Rub the pork tenderloin with oil and season all over. Grill on the direct-heat side for 1.5 minutes per side (all four sides), about 6 minutes total, keeping the lid closed between flips.
Move to the indirect-heat side and grill 4 minutes per side on the two larger sides, about 8 more minutes, until an instant-read thermometer reads 145°F. Keep the lid closed between flips.
Let the pork rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
[Broccoli Salad]
Combine the chopped broccoli, onion, cheese, and cranberries in a serving bowl.
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Let marinate at least 20 minutes, or overnight in the fridge, for best flavor.
Divide into bowls and serve. Keeps up to 3 to 4 days refrigerated.
