Asparagus-Potato Hash with Goat Cheese and Eggs
Crispy potatoes sautéed with tender asparagus and topped with perfectly cooked eggs. A hearty, wholesome hash that’s simple, satisfying, and perfect any time of day.

Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with foil.
Whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and optional salt, pepper, and cayenne or red pepper flakes in a large bowl.
Add the steak and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes (up to an hour if you have time).
Transfer the steak to the sheet pan, spacing the pieces apart. Dunk the broccoli briefly in the remaining marinade to coat, then scatter it on the pan alongside the steak, keeping everything from overlapping too much. Reserve the leftover marinade.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the steak is cooked through and the broccoli is fork-tender.
Meanwhile, bring the reserved marinade to a boil in a small saucepan. Whisk the cornstarch into the cold water, then whisk into the boiling marinade until thickened, about 30 seconds — thin with a splash of water if it gets too thick.
Drizzle the sauce over the finished beef and broccoli, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.
