Asparagus-Potato Hash with Goat Cheese and Eggs
Crispy potatoes sautéed with tender asparagus and topped with perfectly cooked eggs. A hearty, wholesome hash that’s simple, satisfying, and perfect any time of day.

[Spinach Cheddar Chicken Burgers]
Pulse the spinach, onion, garlic, green onion, and parsley in a food processor until finely chopped.
Transfer to a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix by hand until combined.
Line a sheet pan with foil, shape the mixture into patties to fit your buns, and place on the pan.
Broil for 7 to 9 minutes per side, flipping halfway (pour off any liquid that collects when you flip). No extra cheese needed — it's built into the patty.
[Sweet Potato Fries]
Preheat the oven to 450°F, with a rack in the center.
Scrub and dry the sweet potatoes (peel if you like, or leave the skins on).
Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then each half into 3 to 4 spears about 3/4 to 1 inch wide, keeping them as uniform as possible.
Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
Combine the salt, garlic powder, chipotle powder, black pepper, and rosemary, and sprinkle over the potatoes, tossing to coat evenly. Spread in a single layer without the wedges touching (use two pans if crowded).
Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake 5 to 10 more minutes, until lightly browned and fork-tender. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes to crisp the edges, watching closely so they don't burn. Sprinkle with a pinch of extra salt and serve.
